Welcome to Purify Drop. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of purifydrop.com and your purchase of our water filtration products, installation, maintenance, and related services.
Please read these terms before placing an order or booking a service.
1. Website Use
You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. You must not use our website for fraudulent transactions, unlawful activities, or attempts to interfere with its security or operation.
Purchases must be made by someone legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Products and Information
Product features, included components, and specifications are described on the relevant product page or written quotation.
Images are provided for reference. We will communicate any material difference affecting the model, specifications, or included components before completing your order and obtain your agreement to any substitution.
Filtration and performance claims apply to the specified model and its stated operating conditions. Products must be installed, used, and maintained according to their instructions.
3. Orders, Prices, and Payments
Orders are subject to product availability, service coverage, and confirmation by Purify Drop.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery, installation, taxes, and additional service charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not increase an agreed price without your consent. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will explain the available options and refund amounts paid for products or services we cannot supply.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation arrangements depend on your location, product availability, and appointment availability. Estimated timings will be communicated when your order or booking is confirmed.
Please provide an accurate address and arrange safe access to the installation location. The site must meet the product’s stated water supply, drainage, space, and electrical requirements, where applicable.
Additional plumbing, electrical work, fittings, or modifications are included only where stated in your quotation. Any additional work and charges require your approval before proceeding.
We will notify you of significant delays and discuss revised arrangements or other available options.
5. Maintenance and Replacement Parts
Customers should follow the maintenance instructions provided with their system.
Routine servicing and replacement filters, membranes, or other consumables are chargeable unless expressly included in the purchase or a service plan. This does not exclude claims relating to defective components.
The scope, price, and duration of any maintenance plan will be provided separately before you subscribe.
6. Warranty
Any commercial warranty offered is specific to the product purchased. Its duration, covered components, service arrangements, and exclusions will be disclosed before purchase and provided in writing.
Damage caused by misuse, operation outside specified limits, neglected required maintenance, or unauthorised modifications may fall outside commercial warranty coverage where the relevant exclusions were disclosed beforehand.
A commercial warranty does not replace or reduce rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the order status, available options, and any charges previously disclosed and agreed to.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from your order, contact support@purifydrop.com with your order details and, where practical, supporting photographs.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Any additional change-of-mind return conditions, return periods, return costs, and refund processing estimates must be disclosed before purchase. Please contact us for return instructions before sending a product back.
Nothing in these terms removes your rights concerning faulty products or services.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information when you browse our website, place an order, or request services.

9. Website Content
Website text, branding, designs, and images belong to Purify Drop or their respective owners. Use beyond what applicable law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
10. Consumer Rights and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan, including relevant provincial consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any legal responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Please contact our support team if you have a complaint. Our complaint process does not prevent you from using any legal remedy or forum available to you.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
Changes apply prospectively. Existing confirmed orders remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.
